1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the &Veil website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree in whole or part, you must not use our services.
2. Account Registration
To place an order, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
3. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes for EU customers. Non-EU customers may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
4. Orders
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation via email does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when the item ships. We may cancel orders suspected of fraud or resale.
5. Payment
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. All payment information is encrypted and handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. See our Returns Policy for full details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of &Veil or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
&Veil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
